Please note the following important details regarding our return and refund policy:
- No Returns on Cut Fabric: We do not accept returns on any fabric that has been cut from the manufacturer’s roll (typically 50 yards or more).
- Color Variations: Due to variations in screen displays, fabric colors may appear differently in person. We do not accept returns based on color discrepancies. For accurate color selection, we strongly recommend ordering Color Cards or Swatches prior to purchasing.
- Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Additionally, Package Protection must have been purchased at checkout in order to be eligible for a return.
- Return Window: Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements after this period.
